My name is Hannah, and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I specialise in supporting adults and children and young people affected by trauma, including sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and the longer-term emotional impact of these experiences. I also work with anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, and challenges related to self-esteem and emotional wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I offer a consistent, stable and supportive therapeutic relationship, where you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe for you. This may include both present-day difficulties and past experiences that continue to affect how you feel today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My approach is person-centred and integrative, which means I adapt how I work to meet your individual needs. You remain at the centre of the process, and together we can explore what feels most helpful for you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT-informed techniques, to support understanding, emotional regulation, and change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
