As a trauma-informed and EMDR-trained therapist, I work with individuals and couples around a wide range of issues, with particular specialisms in psychosexual therapy, relationships, and trauma recovery. I also provide supervision for fellow therapists and practitioners, offering a collaborative and reflective space to grow in confidence and insight.
