Hello, my name is Emma. I\u2019m a warm, compassionate an experienced counsellor, and I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges. I provide a safe supportive space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace without fear of judgement.
I work with adults and young people ( aged 14 plus) experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement and identity related challenges.
My approach is integrative drawing on person-centred, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities. This means I tailor our sessions to suit your unique needs and goals. Together we can work towards building resilience, developing coping strategies, and finding a way forward. I offer sessions online via zoom or face-to-face depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
