I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can talk freely and be truly heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My passion lies in supporting people who are experiencing&nbsp;<strong>grief and loss<\/strong>. For several years, I have volunteered with Macmillan Caring Locally, a palliative care unit, where I\u2019ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals and families navigating some of life\u2019s most difficult moments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having personal experience of&nbsp;<strong>stillbirth and miscarriage<\/strong>, I bring understanding and empathy to those facing similar losses. I know how deeply these experiences can affect every part of life, and I aim to provide gentle support as you make sense of your feelings and find your own way forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you are seeking change, struggling to cope, or simply need someone to talk to, I will&nbsp;<strong>meet you where you are<\/strong>. Together, we can work towards finding light and hope, even in the darkest of times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I understand the importance of&nbsp;<strong>accessible therapy<\/strong>,&nbsp;and I offer sessions&nbsp;<strong>face-to-face, online, by phone, through home visits, and walk-and-talk therapy<\/strong>, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How I Work<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a&nbsp;<strong>Person-Centred Counsellor<\/strong>, my approach is grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to give advice or tell you what to do, but to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings freely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I work with&nbsp;<strong>empathy, honesty, and respect<\/strong>, creating an environment where you can feel truly heard and accepted without judgement. Through this process, you can begin to make sense of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find your own way forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Person-centred counselling focuses on building&nbsp;<strong>a genuine, trusting relationship<\/strong>. I will meet you where you are, at your pace, and support you as you uncover greater self-understanding and clarity.
