]]> With over thirty years of experience working with people from all walks of life, I understand how complex and varied our journeys can be. I’m passionate about creating a space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported — wherever you are in your story.
As a trauma-informed and EMDR-trained therapist, I work with individuals and couples around a wide range of issues, with particular specialisms in psychosexual therapy, relationships, and trauma recovery. I also provide supervision for fellow therapists and practitioners, offering a collaborative and reflective space to grow in confidence and insight.
My approach is warm, empathic, and non-judgemental. I believe therapy should feel like a safe haven — a place where you can explore what’s troubling you, make sense of your experiences, and begin to move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
At New Horizons Network, my aim is to help you find hope and possibility, even in the most difficult times — supporting you to create new ways of living, relating, and being.
